Excellent service and product. My new hot tub was delivered and installed yesterday. Flawless execution. Very friendly. I would recommend Hometown Hot Tubs to anyone looking for a preowned or new hot tub. They removed my old one, installed my new one. Filled it, put the starter chemicals and didn’t leave until we were educated and comfortable with our new spa! We worked with Hometown Hot Tubs recently on removal of an old tub and installation of a new one. From beginning to end it was a terrific experience. Everyone we interacted with were super professional and helpful. They arrived on time and worked quickly. The price was the best in the QCA hands down. Very happy with my experience with Home Town Hot Tubs... It was a great deal on used hot tub Cesar accommodated my requests I wanted for a tub and we worked together and Hot Tub was delivered ahead of schedule. The set up and instructions were very helpful and when I called with questions he was very helpful. And with the warranty I'm sure my Hot Tub experience will be a great..
